How it works
Timed online auctions, run straight. No live auctioneer, no reserves you can’t see, no bidding against the house.
Bid your maximum, not your next increment
Enter the most you are willing to pay for a lot. We bid on your behalf, one increment at a time, and stop the moment you are in front.
If you set $200 and the next bidder reaches $80, you win at $85 — not $200. Your maximum is never shown to anyone, and we never bid you up against yourself.
Lots close one at a time
A sale does not end all at once. Lots close in sequence, a set number of seconds apart, so you can follow the ones you want without a scramble at the end.
The countdown on each lot is the real deadline. When it reaches zero, that lot is done — the database refuses bids at or after the close, to the millisecond.
Soft close stops snipers
A bid placed in the final minutes pushes that lot's close time back, giving everyone a chance to respond. Bidding stops when the bidding actually stops, not when a clock happens to run out.
Only the lot receiving the bid extends. The rest of the sale runs on schedule.
What you pay
The hammer price is the winning bid. On top of it sits the buyer's premium — a percentage of the hammer, shown on every lot page before you bid — and applicable Arizona sales tax.
We show the running total on the lot page as you bid. There is nothing to discover at invoice time.
Condition grades
Grade A is like new with little to no visible wear. Grade B is good, with normal wear consistent with use. Grade C is fair, with visible wear and any damage noted. Parts means sold for repair or salvage and not represented as functional.
Grades are our honest opinion, not a warranty. Everything is sold as-is, where-is — inspect where you can.
Pickup
Local pickup in Phoenix only. We do not ship, pack or arrange freight.
Each sale has a load-out window shown on the auction page. Bring help and a vehicle appropriate to what you have bought — a conference table does not fit in a sedan.
